  • Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Refund Processing Time

3.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

3.3 Any service fees charged by third-party booking platforms are non-refundable.

4. Early Departures and No-Shows

4.1 Guests who check out earlier than the booked departure date may not be eligible for a refund.

4.2 No-shows without prior notice will not receive a refund.

5.1 In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other emergencies, we may offer flexible refund options at our discretion.

Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
