1.3 Any cancellations outside the permitted period may result in cancellation fees.
2. Cancellation Timeframes and Fees
2.1 Flexible Rate Bookings:
- Free cancellation if made at least 1 Day before check-in i.e. 24 hours before the booked date.
- Cancellations after this period may incur a fee equivalent to 20% of the total booking amount.
2.2 Non-Refundable Bookings:
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows after the booked date.
- Date changes may be considered based on availability and at the hotel’s discretion.
2.3 Group and Long-Stay Bookings:
- Different cancellation terms may apply.
- Guests should refer to their booking confirmation for specific cancellation details.
3. No-Show Policy
3.1 Guests who do not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
3.2 No-show bookings are non-refundable, and charges equivalent to the first night or full stay may apply based on the reservation type.
4. Early Departures
4.1 Guests checking out before the confirmed departure date may not be eligible for a refund.
4.2 Any applicable early departure fees will be outlined at the time of booking.
5. Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or emergencies, we may offer flexible cancellation options at our discretion.
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Approved refunds will be processed within three business days and amount will be credited back within seven days.
6.2 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during booking.
6.3 Any service fees charged by third-party booking platforms are non-refundable.
