2. Check-in and Check-out
2.1 Standard check-in time is 11.00 AM, and check-out time is 10.00 AM
2.2 Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2.3 Guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in.
3. Payment and Charges
3.1 Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
3.3 Any incidental charges incurred during the stay must be settled before departure.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Free cancellation may be available for certain bookings within a 24 Hours before the booking date.
4.2 Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges equivalent to one or more nights’ stay.
4.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within three days and amount will be credit back within seven days.
5. Guest Responsibilities
5.1 Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
5.2 Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas; violation may result in additional charges.
5.3 No illegal activities or disturbances are allowed on hotel premises.
6. Hotel Liability
6.1 Hotel Hindustan Heaven is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
6.2 We are not liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations).
6.3 Guests use hotel facilities at their own risk.
